Carrying Forward Irish Tradition Through Charity and Fellowship.
The Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick in Rockland County is a registered nonprofit fraternal organization founded to celebrate and preserve the rich tapestry of Irish culture, heritage, and history. United by our shared ancestry and identity, we cultivate community, promote understanding, and instill appreciation for our heritage—especially through educating the next generation.
Each year, our primary fundraiser—the Annual Black Tie Dinner in early March—launches the county’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations and directly supports our mission. With a membership of over 150, we are proud to direct more than $700,000 annually toward scholarships, educational initiatives, charitable contributions, and cultural programming that bring the spirit of Ireland to life.
